Please note: Our return and refund window is open for 14 days following the delivery date. After this period, assistance may no longer be available.
Received a Damaged or Faulty Gardening Tool?
In cases where your tools arrive defective or don't function as described, contact us promptly. We will take responsibility for damages caused during manufacturing or shipment and will work to resolve your issue quickly.
Please attach close-up photos that highlight the defect or problem — whether it's a missing part, a flaw, or other issue. These images help us process your request swiftly, often eliminating the need for the return of the faulty item. Our goal is to deliver reliable gardening tools that enhance your gardening success.
Important: Our warranty covers only manufacturing defects. Damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, natural wear, exposure to sunlight, or modifications after purchase is not eligible for coverage.
Reminder: The 14-day window applies here as well; beyond this, options for refunds or exchanges may be limited.
What if Your Order Doesn't Arrive?
Should your gardening tools be delayed past the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order details. We prioritize resolving delayed shipments by offering either a full refund or a replacement to get your gardening started without delay.
Important: Claims must be submitted within two months of placing your order. After this period, tracking details may expire, limiting our ability to assist.
Once your refund is processed, it typically takes 3–10 business days for funds to be returned, depending on your banking provider.
Refund Processing Timeline
All refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please note:
- Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
- PayPal refunds generally process within 3 to 5 business days.
